As Studio Manager, we are responsible for overseeing the operations of a studio. We maintain the studio environment and ensure its cleanliness at all times. We welcome and guide the guests around the studio and look after the whole duration of their stay at the studio. We manage the staff working at the studio including kitchen staff, cleanliness staff and security staff. We make sure that the equipment is functioning well before its use by the clients. We also lead the administrative operations of a studio. It is our job to arrange for any external services required by the studio. We also create effective and catchy marketing campaigns for the studio. Our job includes recording and reporting operating costs to concerned personnel.
