What does a Subcontracts Manager do?

As subcontracts managers, we develop, negotiate, and manage different kinds of subcontracts. We arrange the payments and evaluate the sales record. Our main duty is to evaluate the performance of the employees and to track the changes in the company. Also, we find potential suppliers and communicate with them. We handle complaints, communicate with third parties, evaluate data, review materials, and organize the events. Helping the management to understand the policies and to review them is our responsibility too.

Core tasks:

  • attending conferences, seminars, and interviewing vendors
  • preparing policies and procedures for hiring contractors
  • modifying, deleting, and editing the portion of subcontract when necessary
