About Success Coach

What does a Success Coach do?

As Success Coaches, we are responsible for motivating clients towards achieving their full potential. We make new students aware of institutional policies and procedures. We build academic plans for all the assigned students to track and record their progress. Identifying deficiencies in students and suggesting strategies to overcome them is also part of our daily duty. We are also responsible for informing students about academic programs and career opportunities. We are responsible for evaluating their career needs and provide step by step guide for their fulfillment. Finally, we also inspire and motivate the students to overcome their social and personal problems.

Core tasks:

  • managing student's performance reports
  • consulting with parents and teachers on the client's performance and behavior
  • developing strategies to help students overcome their deficiencies
  • evaluating student's career needs and devising ways to accomplish them
