The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Suite Attendant, you will ensure the effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, cleaning, and delivering the highest quality of guest service at all times.
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.
Minimum pay rate: $13.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Prepare suite before the start of the event, ensuring all items are in place and ready for guest arrival, and completing all closing tasks.
- Confirm all guest items ordered in advance of the event are prepared to standard, delivered, and served timely and accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and capture in-suite orders, delivering kitchen and bar staff as appropriate.
- Ensure all local and company laws and regulations are being followed, including checking identification before serving alcohol.
- Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred.
- Maintain standards of safety and sanitation.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a server in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering, or similar environment
- Experience in credit card processing and adherence to PCI compliance standards
- Experience utilizing a point-of-sale system
- Previous experience as a suite runner preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and breakdown of the assigned suite
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
- Variable temperatures - required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
