Somehow after having a hard time to cut ties with a very possessive family, as being new in TN, a really Tall vampire style like in movies. Lol manager was looking to hired. I was looking for a job at that time. He said he didnโ€™t see me happy in my previous job so we pretty much click & I got hired. I really had a strong bond with him, the company & customers. It was like dreaming awake & then going to bed at night to kept dreaming of the following days duties as new strategies to maximize the sales. There are not bullies at all; there is competition but if you are smart & get alone with everyone they will respect you. There are long single shifts so as a key holder you must make sure that you can provide the best customer experience, global sales (sale to everyone maximizing the purchases with every brand in store as accessories, gift cards and protection plan.) You never get bored since you learned like nowhere. A dreamy experience ๐Ÿฅฐ

Pros and Cons
Fun, Learn, Never get Bored, network like a beast, sunny 24/7
No GPS tracking for stolen glasses โ€ข the company fully treated their customers as family

This place would make you work 4hrs per shift and you had daily, weekly, and monthly goals to achieve. Which is understandable when being a sales job, but in the Temecula store there was never traffic so you'd rarely make your goals. If you didn't make your daily/weekly goals you wouldn't be on the schedule for the following week. The training wasn't such a great experience and there wasn't a lot of communication. Worked there in 2015, so it might have change a lot.

Pros and Cons
Lots of free time to do things outside of work
Working 3-5 hours a week and sometimes 0 hours
