First stepped into the role of project manager as a cleanup guy, correcting the problems on the plan sets and applications for interconnection and permits, and having to talk with the engineers for jurisdiction we were working with. When management saw my ability immediately moved me up the chain of command and put me into a role of problems, solver and helping train the younger PM on how to correctly fill out and read one lines
