As far as my coworkers, it made me dread life as I knew it as I know I may not like every customer that came comes in, but I should not tolerate bias and disrespect. Every day I felt singled out because no one understood the isolation that I felt I feel so much better. My health is better. My thinking is better. My whole morale is better.

Pros and Cons
Tips nice customers no booth rent pay increase
You get paid for the disrespect you get the more you get disrespected, the better you get paid

I work at the store about 10 years ago and came back to work as a stylist under a manager that is super childish and fired me after coming back from colvin letting me work one day a week for months really hurt my financial situation. the store was brand new at one time when I first worked there and we were number one store the store is always falling behind and last place can't even order retail because they're so far behind and everything they need to let that manager go and change the store back to how it used to be when we had goals

Good educational experience, and lots of room to grow your career. Friendly coworkers. There is no work-life balance, and it made it difficult to stay when you are expected to be there to cover everyone’s shifts. No call off policies in place for sicknesses. Working long hours on your feet and trying your very best still did not seem good enough for the company. Changes to vacation policy, and limited to how many requests you can have made it difficult to have a family and the job.

Pros and Cons
Birthday celebrations & lunches, Christmas parties, lots of educational & growth opportunities
Low hourly pay, unflexible schedules, no sick time off

The owner did not care about his senior employees. Would not recommend anyone to a store he owns. Supercuts as a whole (corporate stores) are much different but pay is not wonderful
