Job Summary: DR Power Equipment's South Burlington, Vermont office is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join us in our beautiful new location overlooking Vermont's Green Mountains. You will be joining us at an exciting time in our history as we grow into new markets and create innovative new products.

Our Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and administering all phases of business to business sales with our outdoor power equipment dealers using telemarketing techniques and programs . This position leads and communicates policies and makes decisions that provide the highest level of customer service, assure the development of business to business relationships and meet sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership:
Responsible for supervision, communication, and team building within the Business to Business Sales team
Supports the development and implementation of sales programs and incentives
Develops and maintains team and individual KPI's Sales Goal Achievement:
Proactively sells DR and Generac Power Equipment through inbound and outbound contacts
Develop and update channel forecasts by account and product
Partners with Recruitment Sales Supervisor and Regional Sales Managers to coordinate sales opportunities
Onsite visits with accounts as needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical demands: Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience

1-3 years of supervisory leadership experience Skills:
Proven sales skills that achieve or exceed expectations
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to learn and understand outdoor power equipment
Ability to lead and motivate a high performing sales team
Analytical skills (Excel, data analysis)
Ability to learn and use ERP and CRM systems
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
