As Supervisory Contract Specialists, we are responsible for executing post-award contract performance management actions. We provide oversight, monitor, and evaluate contractor performance for compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts. Ensuring timely submission of technical progress reports and performance metrics is part of our daily responsibilities. We draft and review contractual agreements between a company and supplier of products. We plan an overall strategy to meet contracting program objectives and perform market research to determine the availability of the requirements. Working as Supervisory Contract Specialists, we analyze market trends and determine the sources to be solicited. We also determine the appropriate method of procurement.
