Job Description
As the Support Center Associate, you are a vital member of our office support team. You are responsible to provide overall clerical support for field office functions including; invoicing, collections and customer support. In addition, you would be part of a team that embraces game-changing challenges, has fun and is a part of our winning culture. Responsibilities: The Support Center Associate provides customer service, accounting and collections across our 170+ offices nationwide. Provide Office Support – Supports Tier 1 processes to including, but not limited to; accounting, collections, IT and backing-up essential office functions. Be a part of a Motivated Team – work as a part of the support center team by taking action; reliably delivering on commitments, being dependable, self-motivated and goal orientated. Provide excellent Customer Service – serve as an initial point of contact for employees and customers, handling requests for information and data, preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, drafts and emails. Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years’ customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multi-task, meet specified deadlines and maintain a flexible, positive attitude.
