As the Support Center Supervisor, you are directly responsible for the day-to-day management, operations, and creation of a willing culture in our high-volume Field Support Center. The Support Center provides daily internal customer support to our 170+ field offices, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency of process. In addition to ensuring current policies and procedures are executed at a high-level, you will also assist in the identification and development of strategies and process to continuously evolve the quality and scope of services provided by the team. Responsibilities: This position requires a clear understanding of Tradesmen International’s mission, core values, business model and how we establish ourselves as the employer of choice in the construction market. Leadership – a hands-on leader that motivates and inspires top performance and holds themselves and their team to high standards of quality and service. A champion for change and effective in advancing new initiatives as the department continues to evolve. Operations – subject matter expert on all aspects of the field support center, effectively manages and monitors queue, work volumes, and progress to goals. Identifies and escalates exceptions and ensures all policies and procedures are followed. Customer Service – strong commitment to quality, communication, and problem solving in the customer service arena is required. Ability to train and develop new and current team on customer service best practices and processes.
