61386BRSupport Integration ArchitectProfessional As an onsite Support Integration Architect within Cerner Support Services, you are responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with the client and ensuring the application software is effectively and efficiently designed, managed, and tested. The Support Integration Architect also plays a central role in the identification and resolution of recurring issues across the solution base and is involved in critical issue escalations, while consistently working to improve stability, performance, and client satisfaction. In addition, you will use your solution knowledge to coordinate and resolve client-logged issues and changes and assist with the management of client code and domain strategy.The Bear Institute for Health Innovation is a first-of-its kind pediatric health information technology (IT) institute with a vision for a future where children grow to their highest level of health and potential. Formed in September 2013, the Bear Institute is a strategic partnership between Children’s National Health System and Cerner Corporation. This innovative partnership has resulted in a number of achievements and awards.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in CIS, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field or equivalent work experienceExperience with issue resolution, change management, project management, and domain strategy2+ years of Cerner Millennium experience and at least 18 months in current role3+ years of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience or successful completion of Cerner's Support Services Integration Architect Development ProgramPreferred Qualifications:Cerner core solution architecture and knowledgeExperience with CCL and ad hoc investigationsExperience with modifications to and maintenance of ops jobs, purge templates, and unauthenticated dataExpectations:Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the D.C./Maryland/Virginia (DMV) areaApplicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
