About Support Services Representative

What does a Support Services Representative do?

As Support Services Representatives, we assist customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints, ensuring that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. We answer phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting/setup processes. We open and maintain customer details, reconcile product/service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. We expedite adjustment, maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Core tasks:

  • collect and analyze customer information
  • support members effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • generate sales leads free
