What does a Surveillance Investigator do?

In the role of Surveillance Investigator, we are responsible for investigating the assigned cases by gathering information from different resources. We collect important evidence from different locations to support our cases in the court hearing. We consult the clients to understand the main case objectives and perform research as per their needs. Functioning as Surveillance Investigators, we are accountable for monitoring the individuals, places and different events to report suspicious activities to our organisations and managers. We also provide valuable advice to our clients on their movements and participation in different public events during court cases.

Core tasks:

  • collecting information to support our cases
  • performing operational assessments
  • reviewing the prepared analysis reports
  • observing the findings to identify information from them
  • using surveillance equipment to monitor events and objects
