About Sustaining Engineer

What does a Sustaining Engineer do?

Working as Sustaining Engineers, we are responsible for investigating the issues in the products. Our primary responsibility is to analyse the root causes of the issues that affect the sustainability of the systems in a negative way. In the role of Sustaining Engineer, we are accountable for modifying the existing equipment by implementing advanced technology solutions on them. We provide support to the production and manufacturing teams in the initial development stages of their products. We provide constant support to the vendors and customers. We address the queries of our customers and provide them with the best possible solutions within the given timeline.

Core tasks:

  • working collaboratively with the team members
  • preparing test results
  • writing reports and important documents
  • analysing the issues in the systems
  • developing test components
