Loved working there until Providence took over then most jobs were outsourced and the concern went from helping patients to numbers and big money.

Pros and Cons
In the beginning when it was Swedish there was compassion and patience for the patients.
When Providence took over HR was outsourced to the Phillipines and hundredes lost their jobs.

Cliques of favoritism. Lower pay scale to comparable businesses. No respect for experience or staff needs. Short staffing is the norm. A lot of caring people burned out and replaced by new grads.

Pros and Cons
Co workers are great.
Most everything. Unless you are higher management.
