I was undermined constantly being part of the 7 girls that did reception from the corporate building. We were constantly harassed from other employees, and nobody was taken seriously. We were expected to take a ton of calls in one day from several different dealerships, even if something took a lot of time and was complicated? We would get bashed for it. If you work here, you might as well sign a contract to be worked like a mule with little expectation to get a break or do a job that you feel good about. You don't get compensated what you should, and you don't even get comfortable desks or seating arrangement. If you request anything they ignore you, including the fact that it isn't supposed to be a cubical job/ call center. They make you believe you will be a receptionist, but no. You are micro-managed by a overly powered receptionist, and you are one of the few "receptionists" or call center folks to do her job.

Pros and Cons
They have different shifts to make something work for you.
Micromanaged, No growth opportunities, undermined, ignored, harassment.

What kind of degree does Swickard Auto Group want from applicants?

I was a college student, and didn't have my degree yet working for swickard. It really depends on what branch you want to go into. If you do reception, you don't need a degree.

Why did you quit?

I wrote a longish review, and I quit mainly because we as the reception people were treated literally horribly. We were micro-managed by one over powerful receptionist, and we basically all did her job while she did practically nothing.
