In the beginning Swoon seems like a great, fun and inclusive place to work. What they don’t share is their fraternity like culture, lack of appreciation, insulting pay and work life balance (will force you to work weekend) and blatant favoritism.

No room for growth, low salary, commission structure, work/life balance
