What does a Systems Integration Analyst do?

As Systems Integration Analysts, we provide IT support services. We focus on integrated software systems. We support systems design efforts through documentation. We assist with systems deployment and configuration. We oversee hardware and software installation. We configure integration points and specifications. We verify information flow and document deployment details. We support the creation of systems equipment and deployments documents. We serve as a technical support resource. We maintain, triage, and resolve information related issues. We provide visible customer support through the performance of system integration. We oversee diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing of systems. We integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.

Core tasks:

  • guide customers about the operation and maintenance of the system
  • act as a company liaison with customer regarding technical matters
