As our Systems Operations Manager, you will use your skills to lead and orchestrate support for our high-growth organization. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter, highly collaborative, foster trust within the sales and marketing team, and help us achieve results.
What Will You Do: Provide operational support for the Sales and Account Development initiatives to help execute a strategy for long-term and sustainable growth
Work across departments to provide efficiencies and smooth work processes from customer leader generation to onboarding.
Develop key insights based on data and lead funnel analysis to provide recommendations on lead acquisition and prioritization to support sales efforts and strategies
CRM & Service Products Administration: manage database systems and solutions, building and maintaining custom fields, objects, reports, dashboards and workflows (product types include prospecting and database mining, sales efficiency, dialers, gamification, demand management, call recording, etc.)
Working under the direction of the CSO, generate monthly management and operational reports, including pipeline forecasting, KPIs (e.g. call/email activity) and trends, and more
Identify needs, requirements, and new products for areas of efficiency and automation, especially for CRM & Service Cloud products automation, training schedule/documents and implementation
Participate in the evaluation of new systems to help drive productivity and new customer acquisition
Engage in a combination of online research for the purpose of gathering information to build a pipeline that supports achievement of our sales goals
What Do We Look For: Creative, smart, motivated, proactive, organized, and goal-oriented team players
At least 2 years of experience in a data management and system operations or similar role with a proven track record in helping organizations scale; preferably SaaS-based solutions
Strong expertise in CRM & Service Cloud products (Salesforce.com) as an administrator with a passion for organization and strong attention to detail
Excellent data management abilities along with strong MS Excel spreadsheet experience
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's Degree preferred
