What does a Table Games Supervisor do?

As Table Games Supervisors, we are responsible for managing the gaming floor and its staff during a shift. We supervise casino table games and ensure the staff and customers are acting appropriately. We help customers with problems and answer questions about payments and betting. Supervising all dealer games and ensuring fair transactions is part of our daily responsibilities. We schedule maintenance of the poker room and ensure the integrity of all games. We assist to resolve all game disputes according to binding floor calls. We coordinate with multiple departments to provide efficient staffing of all poker rooms and provide training to all staff members. Working as Table Games Supervisors, we facilitate efficient usage of all casino policies and procedures. We also maintain records of all losses and bet amounts.
