What does a Talent Acquisition Consultant do?

As Talent Acquisition Consultants, we act as advisors in our organization in recruitment matters. Our goal is to implement a long-term human resources strategy, and to find highly specialized individuals, possessing specific skill sets, to fill future management or executive positions within the organization. We also develop and implement strategies for succession planning, sourcing, candidate screening, management training, legal compliance, and reporting.

Core tasks:

  • advising stakeholders on acquisition strategies and processes
  • working with the compensation department to determine the appropriate market rate salary for each new hire
  • providing guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs
  • providing advice on interview techniques
