About Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator do?

As Talent Acquisition Coordinators, we are responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient processing of all necessary information and paperwork related to a new hire, including legal compliance. We assist the Talent Acquisition staff with gathering, processing, and maintaining database and paperwork to ensure the compliance with the protocols of the organization. In addition, we design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback, and perform background and reference checks on new or prospective employees.

Core tasks:

  • coordinating interviews and contacting applicants
  • organizing employee referral processes
  • preparing reports on relevant hire metrics
  • keeping up to date with the latest sourcing, screening and interview techniques
