Job Description

The InkHouse Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for helping us find our most important asset-- our next employees. You will help support our staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates as well as advising managers on the recruiting landscape in the places we operate. You'll also be in charge of our D&I initiatives and help guide our College recruiting team and events. 

Most importantly, you will have a high emotional intelligence, someone who inherently understands people. You will help to build a network and pipeline of candidates who will become our next great team members as we continue to build a culture of kind, super smart and inquisitive people.

Prior PR/communications experience is a plus, as is understanding how agencies operate. Position will be based out of our San Francisco office. 


  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs.
  • Helps promote and hire for the Associate program. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and arranging community tours for students with office needs in mind as a priority.
  • Connects with Alumni associations, (also light connections with employment agencies, recruiters), media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by postings, and using LinkedIn, and other networks and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, may assist with verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Monitors job offers and compensation competitiveness and practices; 
  • Understand and immerse in our wonderful culture. Become an InkHouse advocate by emphasizing culture, work-life balance, other benefits and perks to candidates.
  • Understands legal requirements while interviewing, may help conduct interview training to managers.
  • Commitment to supporting workplace diversity and working with our internal Inclusion group on inclusive hiring initiatives. 


  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS 
  • Phone, Zoom, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Familiarity with relevant employment law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting- Public Relations industry preferred
