What does a Talent Acquisition Manager do?

As Talent Acquisition Managers, we plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies, finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates, planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company. We build sustainable talent acquisition, employ plans and strategy, perform employer branding activities, support employees to be brand representatives, plan employee referral programs. We source and find candidates qualified for open positions, conduct an analysis of hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecast, design, plan, and execute selection processes.

Core tasks:

  • reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
  • perform candidate, employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
