What does a Talent Consultant do?

As Talent Consultants, we help organizations build and implement sourcing and employment strategies to ensure the recruitment of qualified candidates best fit for the vacant positions. We help forecast the job requirements, look out for potential candidates on various media, relate with the potential hires and the employment of qualified persons. Our job responsibility is to attract, hire, and retain the most effective and performing candidates.

Core tasks:

  • source for candidates on various media
  • review and prepare annual (or quarterly) hiring requirements and needs
  • review and interview employment candidate and identify the best
  • organize career events
  • carryout advertisements internally and externally
