As Talent Development Specialists, we work with other specialists to assist the talent development department in setting-up the yearly curriculum of training and development while specifically focusing on developing the individuals’ technical skills across the firm. We coordinate schedules and manage participants before, during, and after a range of training initiatives by administering questionnaires, issuing joining instructions, and collecting and collating feedback. We also create and maintain written training instructions and online learning materials such as training videos, intranet pages while continuously working with the IT department to manage the online learning platforms as required.
