About Talent Manager

What does a Talent Manager do?

As Talent Managers, we oversee the business dealings of various talents, search for talent, sign clients, negotiate deals, book gigs for clients, demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, develop and present pitches to potential clients, and evaluate talent. The Talent Managers conduct auditions, conduct research on potential clients, create marketing strategies to promote clients, negotiate prospective business deals, secure and market gigs and performances. We facilitate talent demands, assist all internal hiring managers in maintaining knowledge on candidate qualifications, schedule all telephone interviews, supervise all candidates, and monitor all interviews.

Core tasks:

  • produce a network of all talent and develop and implement various strategies for all training programs and participate in various training programs
  • prepare required coaching programs to achieve all development objectives
  • maintain an efficient electronic learning management system to retain all employees and assist all hiring managers in development assessment processes
  • prepare reports and trace all candidate status and schedule interviews with all candidates
