Provides system administration and operational support for Parkland’s Talent Management Systems.
-Must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
-Must have two years of experience with Talent/Learning Management System administration. Prefer experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HealthStream.
-Must have one year of experience providing technical support for Talent/Learning Management Systems
-Must be proficient in data analytics
Equivalent Education and/or Experience:
-May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above.
Skills or Special Abilities:
-Must be able to develop an understanding of the subject matter addressed by the Talent Management system such as learning, development, performance, goal management, onboarding, succession planning and competencies.
-Must be organized and be able to multi-task in order to carry out system administration duties.
-Must have good customer service skills.
-Must have good time management and priority setting skills.
-Must have technical understanding of Talent/Learning Management Systems
-Must be proficient in operating systems including Windows, etc.
-Must have knowledge of report development and data analytics
-Must have knowledge of cloud technology and internet application architecture.
-Must possess advanced skills with word processing and charting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
-Must be able to develop procedural and technical documentation in support of Talent/Learning Management Systems.
-Must be able to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
