Service Advocate - Phoenix, AZ - October 27, 2021
Working at Target for five years has been a good experience. Work-life balance is good, pay has increased and gotten better over the years, benefits are good when you are full time (which very few are). Overall good starting experience but not much room for growth unless you know people

Temporary team lead - Greenville, SC - October 21, 2021
I worked with target for over a year. In that time at the 1182 store I witnessed toxic behavior on the side of management. They would put everyone against each other, make promises they never kept and would never communicate. Any issues I saw and brought up in our meetings we overlooked and brushed off as “ just their style of leadership” there is a reason everyone is leaving that store and multiple reasons why I would never tell anyone to work there.

Presentation Specialist - La Plata, MD - September 8, 2021
Target used to be a great place to work. They actually used to care about our well being, but now the culture and what the job stands for went down. The morale went down years ago. You get so much work to do in a little time. The upkeep of my store is very poor and for some reason they always send a lot of merchandise and the leads just flex it around the store which makes it harder to do my job. Bottom line is right now I think their starting rate is $15.50. It’s not worth Ali of three work that you have to do.

The Management were horrible. They would place all they work on us, and sit back and take all the credit. They would promote the people who would kiss they azz, and write up everyone else who wouldn’t. They thought they were low-key racist, but it showed in how they would talk to you and the schedule they would give you. I worked there for 10 yrs and I wish I could’ve put my time into a job that actually appreciated me.
