About
Description
We, tax directors, complete the income tax returns at federal, state, and international levels. We provide tax-related support and analysis to the clients. We are responsible for overseeing the tax returns and evaluating tax functions. Our duties include filing federal income taxes and state income taxes. As tax directors, we coordinate the income tax accounting with the subsidiaries. We are responsible for the management and transfer of fee arrangements. In addition, we supervise the staff and provide training. It is our duty to liaison with the operational department regarding tax issues. Lastly, we assist the treasuries regarding tax planning and annual cash taxes.
