About Tax Senior

What does a Tax Senior do?

As Tax Seniors, we file federal, and local tax documents by correctly preparing property tax returns, and municipal returns such as extensions, and quarterly payments. We also prepare tax declaration schedules by reviewing, preparing, and consolidating all provision schedules, and recommend appropriate tax strategies by analyzing federal, state, and local taxation issues. We develop and streamline procedures and worksheets for the calculation of tax provisions to revise existing procedures and identify the profitability of potential mergers and acquisitions by analyzing and studying their tax information.

  • ensure that all legislative materials are up-to-date
  • ensure total compliance with federal, and local authorities’ regulations and law
