Culture and Values
I went to work for TBC when it was still just tire kingdom and worked there 33 1/2 years. It was a great place to work. Most of the people were outstanding people and lifelong friends. I regret that my position was eliminated during the Covid shut down and they we organized I was of a large group whose jobs were eliminated or outsourced. I still stand behind TBC regardless of the fact that I no longer work there.

Pros and Cons
Offhand, I can’t really think of any cons about working at TBC. They were a great company.
