What does a Team Coordinator do?

As team coordinators, we support our assigned team in reaching its operational goals. We make sure team members can do their operational tasks according to quality standards, and their efforts are coordinated in the most efficient way. Our role differs from that of team leaders in that the latter also focuses on the human resources aspect and acts more as a link between upper management and the team. In some organizations, however, the two terms may be used interchangeably.
