No experience necessary! If you love pizza, have a great personality, a positive and energetic attitude, and are service-oriented with great customer service skills, then we invite you to join our team!
All Team Members must be willing to:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all guests.
- Demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of all menu items
- Accurately follow instructions for recipes and food preparation
- Maintain appropriate portion control and monitor food levels on the line
- Understand and follow sanitation standards including handling, preparing, and storing of food
- Keep restaurant, work-space, and equipment thoroughly clean and organized
- Be able to read and follow opening and or/closing instructions, prep-sheets, and checklists
- Be able to write legibly and perform simple math
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
- Clear tables in dining area immediately upon guests' departure

About 1000 Degrees Pizza
1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria is an innovative build-your-own pizza concept that allows guests to create custom Neapolitan style pizzas at lightning fast speeds for one flat price. Our dough is authentic and made from scratch daily using a recipe dating back over 100 years from the Campania region of Italy (Naples) that requires a \"fork-style\" mixer, and 48-hour fermentation/proofing process. We then hand stretch each pizza to produce a crispy, airy, light-on-the-belly crust, that is thin and extremely tasty. With our delicious San-Marzano and Cherry tomato based sauces, along with a choice of more than 50 fresh and high quality ingredients to choose from, guests create and watch as their pizza is cooked to perfection in our hand-made, proprietary oven, in just about 120 seconds.

TASKS
- Order and take delivery of supplies.
- Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
- Prepare specialty foods, such as pizzas, fish and chips, sandwiches, or tacos, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.

- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
