About Team Members

What does a Team Members do?

As Team Members, we maintain regular and predictable attendance. We greet the customers. We take part in the mandatory business process. As Team members, we serve as high functioning, adaptable employees. We execute whatever a customer throws at us. We execute all tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager, on schedule, and to the highest standard. We work with other team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. We participate in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.

Core tasks:

  • answer or escalate concerns and queries from clients or other stakeholders.
  • complete a range of administrative tasks.
  • maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
  • attend workshops and training sessions.
  • manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
  • assist the Manager or Team Leader as required.
  • uncover the Customers' needs
  • execute price changes and markdowns
  • complete all documentation associated with job duties
  • recommend products
