About Tech Lead

What does a Tech Lead do?

As Tech Leads, we evaluate staff progress, assist with training and recruitment, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction, determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. We are responsible for assigning tasks and achieving them daily, weekly. Monthly goals, liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard, itemizing risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. We analyze existing operations, schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements, update work schedules, perform troubleshooting as required, motivate staff, and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
