What does a Tech Support do?

As Tech Support, we assist users in troubleshooting technical issues with their devices, software, or network. We guide users through detailed technical processes, aiming to quickly resolve their problems. Using diagnostic tools, we identify underlying issues that cause user disruptions. Additionally, we educate users on best practices to prevent recurring issues. We also work closely with other IT professionals to escalate and resolve more complex problems.
