About Technical Advisor

What does a Technical Advisor do?

As Technical Advisors, we provide consultative support related to computer hardware and software. We recommend the most suitable technology as per the company's needs. We also design and develop tools for organizations and ensure their proper working. Besides, we create technical manuals for the employees to teach them new technology. Finally, we assure digital security and provide troubleshooting of technical issues. We work closely with technical staff and report to the project managers and other upper-level managers.

Core tasks:

  • test and suggest improvement in the technical operations
  • change and develop hardware and software as per the organization's needs
  • design manuals to teach new technology to employees
  • report to upper level management
