What does a Technical Business Analyst do?

As Technical Business Analysts, we oversee the implementation of technical business projects and solutions. We work with stakeholders and technical team members. We analyze and document business processes and projects. We document technical requirements. We facilitate workshops and assessing and documenting options. We undertaking systems testing. We perform system analyses on software programs. We determine system efficiency and functionality. We liaising with internal departments and end-users. We obtain approval for system development projects. We integrate new systems and applications with business operations and services. We analyze the performance of web-based customer portals and support services. We ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems. We monitor product licenses. We ensure compliance with IT industry regulations.
