Working as Technical Consultants, we assess and maintain Information Technology systems. We are improving the efficiency of hardware and software technologies. We develop innovative solutions and provide staff with technical guidance. We perform analyses on hardware, software, and network capabilities. We consult with management and other departments as required. We improve system efficiency. We consult with end-users and provide innovative solutions.

  • conduct training sessions and seminars
  • report on daily responsibilities and tasks
  • resolve client issues
  • rest products and applications
  • document processes and application instructions
  • attend meetings, sessions, and other company events
  • generate innovative ideas
