About Technical Coordinator

What does a Technical Coordinator do?

As Technical Coordinates, we coordinate the technical functions and activities of the department. We monitor the technical performance of personnel assigned to the department. It is our responsibility to maintains a fully accredited functional laboratory area of responsibility. We oversee activities done by a technical company or department. Supervising the repairing and troubleshooting activities for the technological equipment is our job. We liaise with senior management to determine a technological plan for the organization. We coordinate the setup of staff computers. Ensuring the adequate performance of tasks by technical staff is a part of our job.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate travel to meetings, conferences, or events
  • work with executive management, vendors, and IT staff and create a technology plan for the organization
  • oversee inspections and troubleshooting of equipment, computers, and software
  • assess costs and benefits of the products or services
  • taking findings to the Director of technology
  • generate service order task lists for active service orders
