We assist with the training and recruitment of new staff members. We liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders. We update work schedules and adjust targets as required. We address performance issues and schedule meetings when required. Motivating and inspiring staff members when tight deadlines approach is also part of our responsibilities.
