About Technical Leader

What does a Technical Leader do?

As Technical Leaders, we are responsible for overseeing the company’s technical team and projects. We develop work schedules and write progress reports. We inspire teams to reach their targeted goals and determine project requirements. We delegate tasks to the team members and liaise with them to ensure projects are completed timely. Identifying risks and forming effective plans to mitigate them is one of our main responsibilities. We analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions to discuss improvements. Working as Technical Leaders, we update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required. We also deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

  • write progress reports
  • motivate staff to achieve targeted goals
  • update and maintain work schedules of employee and other staff
