About Technical Operations Engineer

What does a Technical Operations Engineer do?

In the role of Technical Operations Engineers, our main goal is to execute the routine network implementations for new technology. We provide recommendations with operational boundary partners and compiles information for the detailed method of procedures. We also create network change tickets in line with current processes and validates conflicts to ensure their accuracy. Working as Technical Operations Engineers, we are responsible for collaborating with the operations and engineering teams to test the functionality. We design and develop the monitoring, alerting, and visualization platforms that are used by our fellow infrastructure groups. We are committed to driving constant improvement methodologies within the company to get the desired results.

Core tasks:

  • participating on-call rotations
  • overseeing the metrics
  • automating different aspects of a platform
  • serving and focusing on our customers
