What does a Technical Program Manager do?

As Technical Program Managers, we are in charge of handling technical projects for our organization to create revenue and increase profit. We are responsible for the idea to design to completion. Besides, we propose solutions to technical problems and anticipate bottlenecks. Moreover, we coordinate efforts among staff members and outside vendors. We are also highly involved in defining strategies and presenting project progress. Working as Technical Program Managers, we lead teams of project developers and designers. We report to upper-level management executives.
