What does a Technical Project Manager do?

As Technical Project Managers, we are in charge of managing project operations. We maintain the consistent delivery of the projects. We estimate the time frame the project can be delivered within. Plus, we research and maintain resources that are required to deliver the projects seamlessly. As Technical Project Managers, we need to have a deep understanding of the skill set of each team member. Based on the capacities of our team and with the business requirements in our hands, we plan tasks and the workflow. Moreover, we are responsible for supervising our colleagues on a daily basis.
