About Technical Recruiter

What does a Technical Recruiter do?

As Technical Recruiters, we source, screen, and provide a list of qualified individuals for various open technical positions within the organization. Our daily responsibilities also include writing and posting technical job descriptions, performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities, and interviewing candidates using various combined methods. In addition, we aim to build a strong talent pipeline in the technology field and help hire and retain the best individuals for the organization.

Core tasks:

  • coordinating with relevant team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs *composing job offer letters
  • onboarding new hires
  • conducting job and task analyses to highlight duties and requirements
  • keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products
