We, the technical sales engineers, offer sales support and advice. We negotiate the contracts with new businesses. We review the current sales performance. We explain the technical information to clients. We help clients with product information. We ensure the latest business development information. We propose how products will benefit the customers. Some of us work with maintenance engineers and production engineers. We often work with the plant managers and let them know the best implementation of products and services. We collaborate with different departments. We change the services and products according to the client’s needs. We consult about the latest product knowledge.
