About Technical Sales

What does a Technical Sales do?

As technical sales, we are often the essential point of contact for clients. We have to respond to queries, providing technical guidance, and introducing new products and goods. We are skilled sales personnel. Our primary job is to promote and sell company products and goods by representing the advanced technical functions and operations of the product. We are also aware of people regarding the features, uses, and benefits of the new products. We sell products in a variety of sectors. Our responsibilities include explaining all aspects of products and providing post-sales support.

Core tasks:

  • identifying and establishing new businesses.
  • organizing sales visits and working as a connection between existing clients.
  • providing both pre-sales and post-sales support to the customer.
  • reviewing cost and sales performance and writing reports.
